Is it just me? Or..
I'll have these monthly cramps accompanied by diarrhea. Its weird. And then i read, it has got to do with my hormonal production. The lining of the uterus produces a hormone called prostagladins which stimulates the contractions of the uterus and this cld cause diarrhea in some women. So it's two in one kinda thing. So it just gets really uncomfortable. And I'll get really weak.
