I learnt through the hard way that your health is the utmost important thing you have to take care of.
You wouldn't want to live life feeling scared, and in pain.
For the past 3 days I've been eating much less. Not that I'm on a diet. I already lost more weight than what I bargained for. I'm doing it for my health's benefit.
Today was vegetable soup. Eat ban mian also eat the green leafy vege. Reached school, chomp on papaya and a little overpriced HL milk.
Yesterday was 5 servings of fruit and an oat meal breakfast. Lunch was from the ever dearest Z soft hotcakes with gula Melaka (got no maple syrup) dinner was a bowl of carrots, kubis, and tomatoes.
Tomorrow?
Banana oatmeal breakfast.
Brocolli mushroom.
Dinner, wholemeal bread with cucumber.
Let's hope tmr would be a better day. Disease disease, you go away! :(
